Following the impactful ‘Learning Without Limits’ USR Programme at SK Telanok, the UTP-ASEAN Student Association had the pleasure of organizing a cultural immersion tour around the breathtaking Cameron Highlands for our inbound student guests from the United States, France, and India.
The tour was more than just sightseeing—it was a chance to connect, reflect, and celebrate the beauty of Malaysia together. The students were captivated by the serenity of the Bharat Tea Valley, where they strolled through lush green terraces and enjoyed locally brewed teas with a view. Next, they explored the vibrant Rainbow Garden, a colorful floral haven perfect for photos and peaceful moments. The day ended at the buzzing Night Market, where our guests savored Malaysian street food, explored local crafts, and experienced the lively atmosphere of Malaysian community life.
This outing was part of our effort to offer a holistic cultural exchange experience—combining social impact with local exploration. It allowed our international friends to appreciate Malaysia’s natural charm and diverse culture beyond the classroom and CSR activities.
We hope these shared moments created lasting memories and deepened their understanding of what makes Malaysia—and ASEAN—so special. We look forward to welcoming more global students into our journey of connection, impact, and discovery.
Here’s to many more adventures together. 🌏🇲🇾
